 After the Public Offer Shares and become a public company on April 21, 1997, the name of the Company comes to PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. On July 22, 1997 shares of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, "IDX".

In the middle of difficult market situation in 2013-2014, LippoInsurance performance exactly increased with assets of more than Rp 1.712 trillion and achieve Risk Based Capital (RBC) 332%, far exceeding the ratio of capital requirements and obligations set by the government which is 120%.

Until that year, the award as the Best Public Listed General Insurance Company were achieved at the Indonesia Insurance Award. Completing various other awards from various institutions and prestigious events, such as Media Asuransi Magazine, InfoBank Insurance Award and The National Customer Service Championship.
